healthfirst solutions customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. i have been trying to get ahold of someone for over a week now and i have not been able to get through to anyone. i have called multiple times and have been on hold for hours. i have also emailed them multiple times and have not received a response. i am beyond frustrated and i am considering switching to a different insurance company. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
