ok, so, my first experience with them was not that great at all. the agent i was speaking to was quite rude and unaccommodating. i'd called in because i was interested in learning more about the coverage options available for my small business. not only was he quite curt, but it seemed like he didn't care if he helped me get what i was looking for. it was as if i was an inconvenience. i'm sorry, but i am a potential customer, aren't i? anyhow, i decided to visit the location, in hopes of a more personal touch, and i am glad i did. the receptionist greeted me and asked if i was being helped and when i replied 'not really,' she went and got someone who was willing and able to provide exemplary customer service. my agent, susan, was great!. she took her time explaining the different options available and to give me a quote. she was also quite friendly. i will be reaching out to her once my policy is up with my current insurance company, which will be soon! susan is the reason i'm giving luckytruck 4 stars instead of 3.
