adjuster was very nice and did everything he could. in my opinion, he was very thorough and explained everything i needed to know. i actually think this was the best claims experience i have ever had.
very professional and knowledgeable. would be even better in my opinion if some of the extra charges were rolled in like roadside. you have to buy that separately which was unexpected.
