texas centennial insurance llc is a company that is financially sound and whose costs are very competitive. the company's expansion into property casualty insurance in the last several years has diversified their offerings to their personal lines, life, and health customers.
i have been a texas centennial customer for many years and have never had any problems. they have always been there for me when i needed them and have always been fair and honest with me.
unfortunately texas centennial insurance llc failed to process my claim because they claimed that it was flood damage and that is not covered in my policy. however when i filed an appeal with the bbb they proved that it was indeed not flood damage and the company has agreed to pay me what is owed to me.
