i have been a customer of sunny state insurance for over 20 years. i have always been very satisfied with the service i have received. the staff is always friendly and helpful. i have never had any problems with my policy or coverage. i would highly recommend sunny state to anyone looking for insurance.

manager claudia aguas needs to be fired. i was lied to and treated rudely. she was not helpful at all. i was given wrong information several times about my policy. i am very disappointed and feel robbed. i was hung up on and given the run around. this office needs to be investigated. no one has helped me. i hope this gets escalated to upper management and this issue is resolved.
