it is a fact that this insurance agency: 'FIDELIS LIFE GROUP' located in '12265 ORACLE BLVD STE 115, COLORADO SPRINGS CO' had horrible customer service. i went there on a monday afternoon to ask about getting life insurance for myself and my family and the agent was very rude and dismissive. he acted like he didn't have time for me and kept rushing me through the process. i finally gave up and left.
