all the employees i have dealt with have been very helpful, polite and professional. they have been very honest and helped me get the best rate for my insurance needs. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.

this review isn't about the insuranse company but about the rude lady in the office taking the calls. she didn't want to hear my problem and told me that if i didn't like it that i should take it somewhere else and hung up on me. i've called back 6 times and she keeps hanging up on me. this is a review about that employees bad customer service.bad customer service by one employee shouldn't reflect the whole company but i'm sure she will turn off on many potential customers because of her bad attitude. good luck anyone trying to deal with her.
