very decent insurance agency. rfs cares about its customers and i highly appreciate that. two years ago, i had a minor car accident which was my fault, and rfs assigned me a claims adjuster that worked with me hand in hand to make sure i got my car fixed fast enough so i could continue to do my everyday commute.
