as a former employee, i am **highly disappointed** with the management of this company. the micromanaging and favoritism demonstrated by upper management has created a **toxic work environment** where employees are **not valued or respected**. despite raising concerns, no action has been taken to address the ongoing issues. as a result of the hostile atmosphere, i **do not recommend** this company to anyone seeking a positive and supportive work experience. the lack of professionalism and accountability displayed by management has made it impossible for employees to thrive and succeed.
