diversified health services of tn is the worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with. they are rude, unhelpful, and incompetent. i have been trying to get a refund for a policy that i canceled over a month ago, and they keep giving me the runaround. i have called them multiple times and have been on hold for hours. they have also lied to me about the status of my refund. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
