i would not recommend this insurance company to anyone. i had to file a claim and it took them over two months to process it. i had to call them multiple times and they kept giving me the runaround. the customer service is terrible and they do not care about their customers.
no matter how may times i call they never answer the phone . no matter how may times i leave a message they never call back . no matter how many times i go to the office it is closed ! i am insured with them for a reason . i need to make a claim . how do i reach them? i would rate them a minus 10 if i was able to.
