john, the owner, couldn't have been more kind and professional. he gave me a quote, no charge, over the phone, after hours on a friday night. i was very pleased with the quote he gave me, so i went in to his office the following monday and wrapped up the purchase of my new policy. i highly recommend john and jet financial group. they just don't make companies like this anymore.
