rushmore underwriting managers llc is a great insurance agency. i have been a customer for over 5 years and have never had a problem. i have filed several claims over the years and they have always been processed quickly and efficiently. the staff is always friendly and helpful. i would highly recommend this agency to anyone.
rushmore underwriting managers llc is the worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently filed a claim for a broken window and they have been nothing but unhelpful. they have denied my claim and have refused to give me a reason why. i have called and emailed them multiple times and have not received a response. i am so frustrated with their lack of customer service. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
