kingdon life & health insurance agency, llc's business practices are unsavory and dishonest. my new car had a cracked windshield and kingdom devoted 3 months to delaying my claim, fabricating reasons for the delay. i filed a complaint with the bbb which kingdom did not respond to. i am now reporting them to the idaho department of insurance. kingdom has shown a complete disregard to my requests, the bbb, and fair business practices.
