i was very impressed with the service i received from los gatos insurance services llc. the agent i worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful. he took the time to explain my policy to me and answer all of my questions. i would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for insurance.
james s. anderson is the rudest agent i have ever dealt with. his customer service is beyond terrible. he is argumentative and does not listen to you. he yelled at me on the phone today because he made a mistake on my policy and when i called to try to address it, he screamed at me telling me that it was my fault for not catching his mistake. i would not recommend this agent to anyone. he is by far the worst insurance agent i have ever dealt with.
