avoid using this insurance agency at all costs. there was a lack of communication every step of the way and i was always the one reaching out to find out what was going on. i also had to contact the dmv myself to verify my insurance was in effect and i was told it was never processed by the agency. i contacted the agency for an update and never received a response. i ended up getting insurance with another company and i was able to get it processed in less than 24 hours. this was a terrible experience and i would not recommend to anyone.
