i have been a client of 'insurance and tax enterprises inc' for over 10 years. i have always been very happy with their service. they are always very helpful and friendly. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance agency.
the costumer service at 'insurance and tax enterprises inc' is probably the worst in the whole us. their agents don't know how to do the simplest procedures. i had them cancel my 'home insurance' policy when i was on vacation on february 22, 2023. i was assured by their agent that my home insurance policy would be canceled that day. when i came back from vacation i realized that the house was still insured. i called the agent to ask what was going on and found out that the agent had not canceled my policy, but instead, they forged my signature on a new contract. i immediately called the company and they assured me that they would cancel the policy immediately. two weeks later my insurance company called me to let me know that my policy was still active and i was on the hook for two months of premiums. i called 'insurance and tax enterprises inc' again and was told that they would handle it. i never heard from them again. i had to cancel the policy myself and i am still fighting with the insurance company to get my money back.
