i was very satisfied with my experience at this j.b. barron, llc location. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they answered all of my questions. i would definitely recommend this location to others.
they deserve a zero unfortunately zero isn't an option. i have been trying to close my account for 2 months now and they keep giving me the runaround on closing it. i went to the branch to take care of it and they told me to call a number and that number said to go to the branch. i tried calling the same number and spoke with someone else and they said to go back to the branch. i'm going to the bank tonight to close my account and dispute these ridiculous charges since they will not close this account. i should also mention they have been charging me a maintenance fee since august, yet when i go into my account, it clearly shows i have zero dollars in my account.
