would give them more if possible as this insurance company done a number on my family and I. when my husband lost his job we asked for help from our life agent. after weeks of calls and messages we were told there was nothing he could do. we immediately started making other arrangements. now we get a letter in the mail stating our insurance had been canceled due to non payment. the agent never called to let us know. we found out two days before our due date that we no longer had insurance. when we called to get an explanation the agent said he had nothing to do with it and we should contact corporate. when we called corporate they said it was the agents fault and he is responsible for contacting us. neither one will take accountability and our insurance has been canceled. we have no insurance and our health has been compromised. we are currently looking for a new plan and agent. hope this helps others.
