i have been with this company for many years and have had no problems. i have had to make a claim and the process was easy and straightforward. the customer service i have received has always been excellent. i would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for insurance.

having been insured several times, there was a mix of satisfaction. had no problem when it came to signing up and the premium seemed ok. however, when i came to claim, i really struggled to get hold of someone to help. ended up having to go into the branch - not great when you need fast assistance after an accident. i would rate the customer service as very poor and not great value for money.
