i spent the whole morning waiting for your adjuster to show up, yet he never did. unprofessional and unapologetic. this is the worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with.
i was initially very happy with the service provided by this agency, but over the past year, their customer service has gone downhill. i have been waiting for a call back for over a week now and still have not received one.
