i have been a customer of insurance now agency for over 10 years and i have always been happy with their service. they are always friendly and helpful and they have always been able to get me the best rates on my insurance. i would highly recommend them to anyone.
i would give this insurance agency 0 stars if i could. worst customer service ever. i've been trying to cancel my policy for over a month now and they keep giving me the runaround. i've called multiple times and emailed several times and no one has been able to help me. i'm so frustrated and i just want to cancel my policy and move on.
