sports refund, llc is a scam company. do not do business with them! i purchased a policy from them for an upcoming marathon and was told that i would be refunded if i did not need to use it. however, i had to cancel my marathon due to an injury and they are refusing to give me a refund. i have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks but have not received any response. i am so frustrated and disappointed with this company.
