i reached out to this insurance agency to obtain car insurance since my current policy is set to expire next week. while i found an agent to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable he was unable to provide me a policy that would not be 3x more than what i’m paying now. i was very disappointed that the agent could not provide me with a more competitive rate i believe that customers should shop around before making a decision.
i've had my auto insurance with this agency for over 5 years. they've always been super low cost and great service. i've actually never had to file a claim, but i'm happy to know that they're there to help if i need them.
