faith rains, llc has the worst customer service i have ever experienced. i have been a customer for over 5 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently had to file a claim and the process has been a nightmare. the staff is rude and unhelpful, and they have made it clear that they do not care about my business. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
