my daughter and i were involved in an accident back in february 2019, and this company has made the entire claims process a nightmare. first they wanted to say the accident was my daughter's fault when it was clearly the other person's fault. then when they finally decided it wasn't, i had to jump through hoops trying to get all the necessary information to them. literally took them 5 months to process the entire claim! i would not recommend this insurance company to anyone.
this company is not worth your time or money. there is always a wait and the service is horrible! the agents never return phone calls and the manager is rude. i have even tried writing to corporate and never got a call back. do not recommend!!!
