i recently switched to z.rae insurance group and i am very happy with the service i have received so far. the staff is very friendly and helpful and they were able to get me a great rate on my car insurance. i would definitely recommend z.rae insurance group to anyone.
extremely rude and unprofessional. i am so disappointed with the service i received from z.rae insurance group. i called to get a quote on car insurance and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. she was not helpful at all and made me feel like i was wasting her time. i will not be doing business with this company and i would not recommend them to anyone.
