**very poor service ** this company is very unprofessional. i called to have home insurance added to my auto policy i have for years.first call he asked for my info then hung up to get the prices to add home insurance.then he called back gave me a price that i agreed to. then he was going to transfer me to the home insurance dept to get the rest of the info.he hung up after putting me on hold 3 times .i called back and he said he wasn't going to do my home insurance because i didn't like his price .when i said it was rude to hang up on a customer he replied 'you're rude'. very unprofessional and rude language to use. i will not do business with this company. customer service needs a lot of improvement.
