"i feel like my needs and concerns aren't being met. they really rushed my enrollment, and i ended up in a plan different from what i actually wanted. i felt intimidated and pressured into signing up. i called later to have my plan changed, and they told me that i can't change it for a year. i thought i was going to be covered for what i needed, but now i'm panicking because i think i'm going to be paying a lot more than i should be. i contacted kb home directly and they were able to assist me and get the correct plan for me. thank you kb home!"
"terrible experience, would highly recommend avoiding this company. i spoke to eric perez from this office today and he hung up on me when i was trying to get clarification from him regarding my policy. he was extremely rude and condescending. customer service was zero stars."
