I've been a customer of SPECTRUM MOBILE, LLC for over 5 years now, and I've been very happy with their service. The coverage is great, the speeds are fast, and the customer service is excellent. I've never had any problems with my service, and I've always been able to get help when I need it. I would definitely recommend SPECTRUM MOBILE, LLC to anyone looking for a new cell phone provider.
sPECTRUM MOBILE, LLC is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I switched to them from Verizon because they offered a cheaper plan. But what I didn't realize is that you get what you pay for. The service is terrible. I'm constantly dropping calls, and the data speeds are so slow that I can barely load a web page. I've called customer service multiple times, but they've been no help. They just keep telling me to reset my phone or check my network settings. I'm so frustrated with this company. I'm going to switch back to Verizon as soon as my contract is up.
