went with this agent because my cousin referred me to them. so far i am glad i did. the customer service is great and they were able to find me a great home insurance policy for a steal. i am really happy with them.
i was very pleased with my experience with this agent. they were very helpful and friendly. they were able to answer all of my questions and helped me find the perfect insurance policy for my needs. i would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance agent.
do not recommend this agent at all.avoid like the plague. i went in for a quote and the lady was very rude and dismissive. she treated me like a number and not a human. she gave me a quote that was way overpriced and when i tried to ask her questions she acted like i was bothering her. i am going to take my business elsewhere.
