i've been a customer of senior health markets for over 5 years now and am very pleased with the level of service and attention i have received.
i have a great health insurance plan but i've had some serious problems with the customer service at senior health markets. every time i have called, i have had long wait times, been given incorrect information, and even hung up on twice! i am very frustrated with the level of service i have received and would not recommend this company to anyone.
senior health markets placed me in an extremely overpriced health and dental plan. my wife is still ongoing with a claim that was denied due to a decision made by an employee of that company. senior health markets has refused to contact the insurance company and assist in resolving the issue, even though senior health markets signed her up with this company and is the one that is supposed to help her find and maintain the coverage she needs.
i had very little time to find health insurance for my family - we had an expiring co-op plan but i had not yet received my cobra letter so i had to find something fast. i was able to call senior health markets and they provided several options for us - the one we chose was the right one for us.
