my experience with this insurance group was terrible. my insurance policy wasn't what i asked for and the customer service was terrible. the insurance policy was not what the insurance agent told me it would be. the insurance agent told me it would cover everything but when i went to file a claim they said it wasn't covered. i will never do business with this group again.
i have been a customer of this insurance group for over 10 years and i have always been happy with their service. the staff is always friendly and helpful and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that i am happy. i would highly recommend this insurance group to anyone.
