i have had great service with protection providers. my agent, tiffany, goes above and beyond to assist me with any issues. her response time to inquiries is phenomenal. i highly recommend tiffany at protection providers.
protection providers agent is my agent. i have had a great experience with them. i have had homeowners, car, and umbrella insurance with them for over 15 years. now, nearing retirement, i called to discuss my medicare options and the agent i spoke to was courteous and answered all of my questions and concerns. later, another agent called back to ask further questions and provide additional information. i was very impressed with the personal attention i received.
stay away from this company. they have provided the absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced. after talking to an agent for over an hour, protection providers failed to provide an insurance quote. when i did get a quote 2 days later, it was for almost double that of other insurance company quotes. i called to try and rectify the issue and have not received a call back in over a week. the agent admitted that they did not file the application as requested and then lied saying that i had not applied. total waste of time. find another insurance company, there are plenty out there.
