courtney morrow insurance agency, inc. did not provide me with the customer service i expected and left me with an overall negative experience. the response time to answer my questions over the phone or via email was slow, and i generally did not feel heard by the company. i ended up switching agencies because i felt that i was not being valued as a customer. i would not recommend this agency to others.
