this branch has gone above and beyond to assist me, as a client of thirteen years i am often disappointed with idu, inc. branches because of their lack of communication and service. not the case with this particular location! when my regular agent was unavailable, ms. corbin immediately assisted me. she immediately responded to my request for information on renter's insurance and auto insurance. she was efficient and friendly. i would highly recommend this location to anyone needing insurance!
wish i could give negative star, but unfortunately this system does not allow it. i filed a claim about property damage in **february 2022** due to negligence of the tenant. the leasing agency of the property is the one responsible to pay for the damages, since there was no coverage from the renter. i have been working with idu, inc. for over a year and still have not received payment for damages.
