the service is great but there's a lot of room for improvement in their communication with customers. i appreciate the customer service that the staff provides but the fact that they don't call back or email about updates on our case is a little disheartening. it just makes me feel like my case isn't a priority.
overall very good but too expensive. the staff is very kind and helpful but i think i am paying too much for the service. they helped me find a good insurance plan that goes with my budget but they need to find a way to make it more affordable.
overall ok experience. the staff was friendly and helpful, but they didn't seem to have a lot of knowledge about the products they were selling and they took a while to process my paperwork. i would probably go somewhere else next time.
