I've been a customer of Howe Insurance for over 10 years and I've always been happy with their service. They're always quick to respond to my questions and they've always been able to get me the best rates on my insurance. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance company.
I never received my insurance cards. I called 3 times to get my cards and was told they would be mailed out and that I would receive them in 3 to 5 days. I still don't have my cards and I am not able to see the progress of my claim. I would like to know when I can expect my cards and when my claim will be settled. This is the worst service I have ever received from an insurance company. I am very disappointed with the service I have received from this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.
