i've had this insurance policy for 2 years now and have never had an issue. i would say the rates are about average for an insurance policy. everyone i've spoken to from this company has been very friendly and helpful, so that's always a plus.
they're organized and so easy to work with. i'm not even sure how they're able to provide such great service with such affordable rates. they've been able to help me find discounts that i didn't even know were out there.
