"i've had two sorts of experiences with coxinsure. first of all, they do not have any customer service. you cannot call them on the phone to speak to someone. you can only email and hope that they call you back. i had an issue with my policy recently and i had to email them several times to get a response. it was very frustrating. my second gripe with coxinsure is their premiums. they are very expensive compared to other insurance companies. i've been trying to find a new insurance company for a while now, but i haven't been able to find one that offers the same coverage for the same price. overall, i would not recommend coxinsure to anyone. there are much better options out there."
