hempkins insurance has been amazing, responsive, and helpful since day one. my husband and i bought our first home in march 2020, and hempkins insured us for a great rate. after the freeze in february 2021, we had a claim for a busted pipe that caused some water damage. we filed our claim online, and hempkins immediately reached out to us. they were super responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. their preferred contractor was able to come out quickly, and the repairs were completed within a few weeks. we're so grateful for hempkins' help during a stressful time.
