i have been a customer of richco insurance for over 10 years. i have always been happy with their service and the rates they have been able to provide me. i have had to file a few claims over the years and they have always been handled quickly and efficiently. i would highly recommend richco insurance to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable insurance company.

if i could leave zero stars i would. my husband has been using richco insurance since 2018. i was paying $253 every month for 2 cars. i decided to switch insurance because i was no longer using both cars. one car had been totaled and the other i cancelled because i quit my job. a very nice lady named stephanie who works for richco called me and convinced me to stay. she told me it wouldn't make any difference because they don't charge for cars that you're not driving. guess what? my bill was $279. i called and spoke with stephanie again and she said she didn't know why it was higher. i asked if she could look into it and she said she would. she never called back and wouldn't return my calls. i finally spoke with another lady named elizabeth. she told me that richco has the right to charge whatever they want to and they don't have to tell you why they're charging you more. i was furious! i immediately cancelled my policy and went with another insurance company. richco is a scam! don't do business with them unless you want to be ripped off. update: richco finally called me back and said they will refund the difference in my premium. however, i am still very upset with the way i was treated. i will not be doing business with them again.
