anytime i have had to contact this agency, they are prompt with a response and resolution. i have my auto and renters insurance with them. i am very happy with the customer service and will continue to do business with them.

all the glowing reviews must be employees or friends/family of employees. this company is run by the biggest scam artists i have ever encountered. i paid for 6 months of coverage in full and they cancelled my coverage after 3 months with no notice, no refund and no explanation. when i called to ask why they said they would refund me, which they never did. i am now over 6 months into trying to get my money back with no resolution. they will not respond to any form of communication. this company needs to be shut down.
