we have been with blumberg benefits for about 10 years now and have had nothing but exceptional service. when we have had to use our insurance, the process has been smooth and seamless. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance agency.
this is one of the insurance agencies that will tell you what you want to hear just to get you to sign the documents and pay. they will not take the time to explain all of the jargon that is contained in your policy. i feel that it is a bit unethical. i have had several instances where i had to call and it took a very long time for someone to return my call. they really should work on their customer service. i really would not recommend them to anyone.
