this is a terrible agency who sold me a life insurance that i did not ask for. i have been trying to cancel this transaction with them for over a month but they kept on postponing it. i have been calling this agency almost everyday but they kept on saying my request is still being processed and will take up to 30 days. i have been waiting for more than 30 days already. i also sent multiple emails to cancel my transaction but still no response from them at all.
