i was rear-ended near the end of 2021 by a driver who did not have insurance and thought i was going to have a hard time getting a settlement. at first, this became an adversarial proceeding and we were headed to court, but melissa stayed on top of everything and got me a settlement before we went to court. i would have been lost without her help and highly recommend melissa. she is a true professional and great communicator.
