i was recently involved in a hit-and-run accident and the other driver was at fault. my insurance company, lavaca bay insurance agency llc, was very helpful in getting my car repaired and getting me a rental car while mine was being fixed. they also helped me file a claim with the other driver's insurance company. i am very happy with the service i received from lavaca bay insurance agency llc.
this place is the best. i submitted my claim online and within 3 days they called me to approve my repair. the guy who came out even helped me negotiate with the body shop i took it to as the initially wanted to replace my bumper but the guy from lavaca was able to convince him to repair it instead. will definitely use them again.
