national quality insurance group, llc is one of the worst insurance agencies i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. i have been a customer of theirs for over a year now, and in that time i have had nothing but problems. they are constantly losing my paperwork, making mistakes on my policy, and overcharging me. i have even had to file a complaint with the bbb against them. i would strongly advise anyone considering using this agency to look elsewhere.
