r.a.j. & associates insurance & financial services llc doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. i've been with them for over 4 years. i had a minor fender bender about a month ago and i'm still waiting on their insurance company to pay for the damages! i've called them several times and they keep telling me they're working on it. i'm so frustrated with them. i'm thinking about switching insurance companies.
