this place was located inside a runned down mall. taking an elevator to the fourth floor gave me the creeps. i did not get a good feel about the man at the front desk. he seems to be more interested in talking about his personal life than helping me with my insurance inquiry. i will give it a one star because i think the guy is a nice guy at heart.
shopping for insurance can be a hustle so when i found the new era insurance, i was glad. everyone in this place was nice except for the lady who was training a new guy. she was very rude to her and rolled her eyes a lot. i hope she is not always that rude other than that, it was a pleasant experience and the pricing is good.
